Submit a request

A warning message, "This system is not listed in the accessible remote system list." pops up. What can I do?

This message appears when IP and Mac restriction has been setup. Check if the device is included in the list of IP and within the MAC address range.

To check it,
1. Right click on the system tray icon and select Settings.
2. Select Security tab for MAC address restriction and Network tab for IP address/range restriction.

To add,
3. Enter the MAC or IP address and press Add button.
4. Restart the agent.
