An error message, “RemoteView application (rsupport.AndroidViewer) has ended unexpectedly. Please try again” pops up.

Disconnection with a smartphone can be caused by various issues such as network problem, internet line problem, etc. Follow the resolution below:

1. Enterprise and offices are usually protected with firewall. The firewall might limit the connectivity with our server, therefore try with a 3G connection if available.

2. Other processes running at the same time with RemoteView might cause conflict. Try ending processes or restart the mobile device to check the conflict.
