1. Verify that your mobile device is connected to the internet (3G/WiFi).
2. Verify you are entering the correct ID and password. If you forgot your ID or password, contact your RemoteView network administrator to reset your log on credentials.
3. Verify you are using the correct server address for your RemoteView Server. Consult your RemoteView network administrator for further details
