Submit a request

A warning message, "Proxy information is incorrect. Verify the proxy connection" pops up. How can I fix this?

Verify the Proxy Server settings.
1) Right click in the Rview Agent icon located at the right hand bottom corner of the remote desktop computer.
2) Click on the Settings.
3) Click on the General tab.
4) Check the proxy server information and make any change if necessary.
5) Press OK to save.
