What is the difference between different packages?

RemoteCall Pro and Enterprise offer the same performance and user interface. The main differences are in the feature list. RemoteCall Pro is intended for a single support agent while RemoteCall Enterprise is optimized for a multi-user environment providing the ability to transfer sessions between representatives and the setting up of a personal support URL for your company.
