Submit a request

Customer cannot download the connection file. How can I fix this?

Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Trust sites > site > check 'Add this Web site to the zone' > add "*" and "*" > Uncheck "Verification for all sites in this zone (https)".
