Submit a request

Connection with the customer PC is delayed or Viewer gets frozen. How can I fix this?

Cause :
a.   A security program or firewall blocks or interferes the communication
b.   Security policy on Windows Server causes error in the application.
Resolution :
1.   Run RemoteCall agent program.
2.   Go to Settings  >  Network Settings  >  uncheck “Encrypt Login” box.
3.   Try logging in.
