To change the agent access account

Agents access accounts can be modified in the Agent App or PC Web site. Please try to change the account as follows:

[Modify Agent App] Preferences from the first screen of the Agent App> access to your account, click on the Change button to modify

Modify on the PC website]
1) ID, enter P / W from the RemoteView homepage Login
2) Remote PC Management tab, right-click the Add menu> accounts, select the change icon remote PC you have lost your account
