How can I get System Information and log files for technical support?

For liteCam HD 5.X, liteCam Android, and liteCam Game(non-steam), follow the steps below


System Information
1. Start liteCam > Option> Help > click on “System info”
2. Click File > Save from the dialog box. This will save your system information as a TXT file and you can send this file. “*.log” files


You will find the “Logs” directory from liteCam’s work directory in your system. (\My Documents\liteCam\Log’s Directory) There will be “*.log” files saved in the directory. Please zip the files and send it to us.




For liteCam HD 4.X and below, follow the steps below


System Information
1. Click Start on the task bar > All Programs > liteCam > liteCam Info > You will be prompted with the 「System – Info」 dialog box.
2. Click File > Save from the dialog box. This will save your system information as a TXT file and you can send this file. “*.log” files


You will find the “Logs” directory from liteCam’s work directory in your system. (\My Documents\liteCam\Logs\Directory) There will be “*.log” files saved in the directory.
If you try to run liteCam or record many times, you will have many “*.log” files. You can zip the files and send it to us.


*Note: If you could also send us the captured images of error messages or detailed information about your recording procedures, it will help us solve your case faster.
